ROTOYE, Martha Ozohu-Ronuola

Martha is a Partner at Pentagon Partners Legal Practitioners, where she leads the Governance, Risk and Compliance team of legal experts in consistently dispensing multi-disciplinary and specialist solutions to clients.

With close to two decades of governance and compliance experience as well as in-house corporate experience, she handles portfolios in corporate governance, company secretarial services, board evaluation, intellectual property, media and entertainment law, compliance, regulatory licensing, Estates and Probates, data protection, Executive Compensation, Business Integrity, Employee Benefits, and Share Incentives etc.  

As a Governance Professional, she has the uncanny ability to pay attention to details while proffering legal solutions to clients’ needs. She is a member of the Capital Markets Association, a member of the Section on Business Law and In-House Forum of the Nigerian Bar Association, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and a Designate Compliance Professional of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria.
